Display your peoplefone number
For outgoing calls you can only display a phone number (fix line) you possess.
The displayed phone number will be shown on all devices which are installed on the same SIP line.
To choose which number to display, go to:
Configuration -> SIP Lines/User -> Edit -> Displayed Number
Activate my Swisscom Number for Third-Party Providers
For security reasons, Swisscom has set up a filter.
As a result, if you want to make outbound calls with peoplefone and you want to show your own unported phone number, these calls will be signaled as anonymous or unknown.
In order for you, as a peoplefone customer, to be able to correctly display your own unported Swisscom number, you must choose the option “Activate my number for third-party providers” in your Swissscom Customer Center.
- Click on “Telephony” in the menu
- Go to Personalise Call and check the box “Activate my number for third-party providers“
