To ensure good communication with us, regularly check your contact data in your peoplefone customer portal.
In case of an interruption of service for longer than 15 minutes, you will receive a notification via SMS from us and if the problem persists beyond one hour, additional information will be sent via email.
Registration of the mobile phone number
Profil → Addresses / Contacts
You can add a mobile phone number to your account by going to the Profil menu. Click on to add your mobile phone number.
Activate SMS service
Profil → Alerting
Now you must activate the service by clicking on Add under the Alerting section.
