In case of an interruption of service for longer than 15 minutes, you will receive a notification via SMS from us and if the problem persists beyond one hour, additional information will be sent via email.

To receive an emergency SMS, you can add a contact in your account by going to the Profile menu. Click on Add in the Overview Disturbance Message to select a existing contact.
